Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based outside sales in the United States. You will start with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, giving you the opportunity to grow earnings based on effort and results.

Join a team that values performance and delivers comprehensive training starting in December. You will engage residents, property managers, and referral sources to expand Astound’s fiber services and brand presence across listed markets.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience required.
• Outdoors and field-based role.
• Face-to-face sales and door-to-door work.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous with good time management.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Visit residences to discuss services and sign-up orders.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily.
• Understand property specifics within assigned portfolios.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness.
• Report sales stats to management and attend meetings.
