Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field sales. You will build relationships with residents and property managers, sign up new customers, and drive revenue in assigned territories.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, extensive on‑the‑job training, and mentorship in a supportive team environment. You will work in a dynamic, outdoor, field-based setting, meeting customers where they live and work to deliver Astound’s internet and fiber services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue daily leads and build awareness for the Astound brand.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations to propose solutions.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain territory knowledge and stay informed about market competition.
