Job summary

Astound is seeking an outside sales professional to drive residential fiber services in selected markets. You will meet residents and property managers, sign up new customers, and build the Astound brand in the field.

The base salary and uncapped commissions offer strong earning potential; training begins November 30 or December 7. This field-based role requires outdoor work and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand each property and portfolio elements to tailor service offers.
• Distribute marketing material and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate effective solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed on competitor activity in the market.
