Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative – Residential, in a field-based, outdoor role. You will engage residents and property managers, sign up customers, and work to build the Astound brand in assigned territories.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a pathway to six-figure earnings, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training starts in December with a flexible start windows for November 30 or December 7.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face meetings with residents and property managers.
• Prospect leads daily and pursue opportunities in assigned territories.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and close sign-ups.
• Distribute marketing materials and help build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics accurately.
