AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching $100,000, and enjoy a structured starting salary within a wide range.

You'll visit warm prospects on a scheduled route, perform hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech deliveries, and close sales while maintaining top customer satisfaction. Training is provided and a company vehicle is available for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Must have valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for business use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug screen, and MVR review required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily and conduct personalized sales interactions in the field.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
