AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized in-home sales experiences across multiple California locations. You will engage warm prospects, present the latest technology offerings, and close deals through hands-on demonstrations and service assessments.

The role emphasizes uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching six figures, paid training, and ongoing coaching. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required; evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license – company vehicle provided for official use only
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
