Job summary

AT&T in California is seeking a Field Sales Representative to connect with customers at scheduled appointments and present personalized technology solutions in their homes. You will drive sales with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery, while aiming to meet or exceed quotas through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
