AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences at customers' homes across California. You will engage warm prospects, perform in-home demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to close deals while earning uncapped commissions.

The role starts with paid training, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a company vehicle for business use. A background check is required and strong negotiation skills help you exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and readiness to drive (company vehicle for official business use).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
