Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Sam's Club field sales team in El Paso. You will be the face of Clover POS solutions, engaging restaurant owners in person and mapping needs to deliver tailored demonstrations and referrals.

As a 100% hunter role, you’ll travel locally, build relationships, install Clover systems, train staff, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. High school diploma and 2+ years of quota-driven sales required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years in quota-driven, self-sourcing sales.
• 2+ years cold calling & prospecting.
• 2+ years generating leads independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Reliable transportation.

• Be the 100% hunter in the field, contacting restaurant owners.
• Initiate face-to-face conversations to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments at client locations to demo Clover and related solutions.
• Drive sales growth through consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Install Clover systems and provide hands-on training for smooth use.
• Uphold Fiserv values and build genuine client relationships.
