Fiserv in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Sam's Club field sales team, promoting Clover point-of-sale solutions at restaurant locations.

You will be a 100% hunter, traveling to visit business owners, demonstrate Clover, train staff, and drive revenue through consultative selling. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years of quota-driven sales experience; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of independently generating leads.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Engage with business owners to identify needs and offer tailored Clover solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments to demonstrate Clover and boost revenue.
• Educate customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Install Clover systems and provide hands-on training.
• Travel within Charlottesville area to introduce Clover at restaurants.
