Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Los Angeles area to join our Sam's Club field sales team. You will engage with restaurant owners, schedule in-person meetings, and promote Clover POS solutions to drive revenue and efficiency improvements.

The role is 100% hunter and field-based, with travel requirements and a commission plan. You will install Clover systems and train clients, while upholding the highest ethical standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience generating leads independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with business owners & restaurant operators within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants/businesses to demonstrate Clover value and streamline operations.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to educate customers on POS systems and online ordering, converting leads into clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration and use.
• Uphold Fiserv core values and maintain high professional and ethical standards when engaging with clients and colleagues.
