Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Raleigh area to join the Sam's Club field sales team. You will be responsible for proactively engaging restaurant owners, presenting Clover POS solutions, and driving revenue growth through in-person engagements.

The role is 100% field-based with a requirement to travel within the Raleigh area to install Clover systems and train clients on their use. Previous quota-driven sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales role.
• 2+ years of cold calling and prospecting experience.
• 2+ years of independently generating leads.

Responsibilities

• 100% hunter, field-based role.
• Engage with business owners and restaurateurs within Sam's Club with face-to-face conversations to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants to demonstrate Clover and solutions for improving operations and revenue.
• Use deep product knowledge to educate customers on Clover POS and online ordering, converting leads into loyal clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration.
• Uphold Fiserv values and maintain high ethical standards in client interactions.
