Job summary

Fiserv’s Clover division is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join its Sam's Club field sales team in Charlottesville. You will engage restaurant owners, schedule on-site demos, and drive Clover POS adoption to streamline operations and grow revenue.

The role requires travel within the Charlottesville area and a willingness to work flexible hours. Prior experience in quota-driven sales, lead generation, and cold calling is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in quota-driven sales.
• Experience in cold calling and prospecting.
• Able to generate leads independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Engage with business owners and restauranteurs within Sam's Club and initiate in-person conversations.
• Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants to demonstrate Clover value.
• Educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms to convert leads.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
• Uphold Fiserv values and build genuine client relationships.
