Job summary

Charter Communications, trading as Spectrum, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with Spectrum's high-speed data and communication solutions. You will meet prospects face-to-face, qualify needs, and present tailored proposals to drive growth in your territory.

Expect a base salary plus incentives that can push total compensation beyond $100,000 annually. This role requires outdoor work mostly, evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license for travel within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for prospective customers.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager.
