Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner serving small and medium-sized businesses. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect, conduct in-person and phone presentations, and close deals through a fast sales cycle.

You will use Salesforce for lead generation, sales analyses, and paperless contracts, with training from senior managers before setting your own schedule. The role offers 100% commission upside, residuals on the portfolio you bring, and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Must have strong prospecting and communication skills.
• Experience presenting solutions to clients and closing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations.
• Maintain client records in CRM with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and set first appointments.
• Stay updated on Auris product portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
