Patriot Disposal is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be out in the community, prospecting for new clients and managing long-term relationships to drive business growth in the waste management space.

Formación

• Outside sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, email, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new leads through direct outreach, cold calling, and on-site visits within territory.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with tailored waste solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and address service issues.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and provide forecasts to manager.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to meet client expectations.
