Patriot Disposal is seeking a driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in a field-based environment. You will protect recurring revenue, strengthen loyalty, and drive account health through proactive service and pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes on-site account visits, quarterly reviews, and collaboration with operations, dispatch, and billing to deliver service excellence and growth opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with retention and growth objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for field-based roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and account reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with internal teams.
• Familiarity with service-based or route-based industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts with focus on retention and revenue.
• Maintain high account retention and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through additional services.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and on-site visits to assess performance and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, billing, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain account plans and CRM updates after interactions and visits.
