Qualifications

• Sales experience in outside sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present solutions.
• Proven track record of developing long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Able to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Skilled at identifying challenges and offering practical solutions that add value for the client.
• Able to manage multiple projects and time in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Field sales generation: prospect new leads through direct outreach, cold calls, networking, and on-site visits within your territory.
• New business development: pursue and close opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored waste management solutions.
• Account management: develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address service issues.
• Site visits and consultations: regularly visit client locations for assessments and service evaluations.
• CRM & pipeline management: maintain accurate records, manage the sales pipeline, and provide forecasts.
• Collaboration: work with operations and customer service to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
