Job summary

NFIB in the United States is seeking energetic sales professionals to prospect small business owners in their communities, using NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim presentation to enroll new members. This hunter/closer role has no post-sale account management.

You will receive best-in-class training, a competitive compensation package with production-based commissions, and uncapped earning potential, including a yearly average of 80k–200k and opportunities to exceed six figures.

Qualifications

• Hunter/closer sales profile using an assumptive close.
• Ability to prospect and enroll new members.
• Comfort with in-person prospecting and cold calling.
• Must be entrepreneurial and goal-driven.
• Experience in sales or transferable skills.
• Intermediate technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet small business owners through in-person prospecting.
• Memorize and deliver NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Build quick rapport and deliver an engaging presentation.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Process payments on the spot.
• Meet or exceed performance targets.
