NFIB is seeking motivated individuals to prospect and enroll new members in a hunter/closer sales role. You will use NFIB’s proven verbatim presentation to engage small business owners on-site, overcoming objections and closing deals for Membership growth.

We offer best-in-class training, a W-2 with full benefits, performance-based pay, and uncapped commissions. Expect significant earning potential with 80k–200k average and top earners well above that, reflecting a fast-paced, supportive team

Responsibilities

• Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation.
• Overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Processing payment on the spot.
