NFIB is seeking a driven field sales professional to attract and enroll small business members in your local market. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting owners, delivering NFIB’s value proposition, and growing membership through face-to-face interactions.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with an uncapped earning potential, generous benefits, and strong training. Expect production-based commissions, performance bonuses, and a path toward six-figure income for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or transferable skills preferred.
• Ability to prospect and close with a proven sales model.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Memorize and utilize NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Build rapport and deliver an engaging presentation.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Process payment on the spot.
