Job summary

NFIB seeks a dynamic sales professional to promote membership and advocate for small businesses. The role is field-based with a hybrid work setup, spending ~95% of time in the market meeting small business owners to grow NFIB membership.

You’ll use NFIB’s proven sales presentation, receive best-in-class training, and enjoy a competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions and a strong performance-based incentive program.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or transferable skills.
• Desire for ongoing learning and adaptability.
• Strong work ethic and grit to meet performance expectations.
• Ability to stick with a structured, proven sales model.
• Intermediate technical skills relevant to sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect small business owners in-person in the local market.
• Present NFIB’s value proposition with a verbatim sales script.
• Build rapport and deliver engaging presentations.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Process payments on the spot and complete the sale.
