Astound is seeking a results-driven Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative in the Greater Boston, MA area. Start with a $39,900 base salary and uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $89,000 and a realistic path to six figures for top performers.

You will prospect, qualify, and close sales within an assigned territory, engaging customers with product demonstrations and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in outdoor field sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus.
• Self-starter with autonomous work style.
• Ability to travel within Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
