Job summary

Astound is seeking a Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative for the Greater Boston area. Base salary starts at $39,900 with uncapped commissions and total on-target earnings up to $89,000.

You will represent a leading internet provider and engage customers through field visits, demonstrations, and sales presentations. You will prospect and qualify leads, travel in your assigned territory, and drive sales performance in a dynamic, outdoor, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated and quota-driven with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the product/service line
• Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Enjoys working outdoors in the field
• Maintain excellent communications and relationship-building skills
