Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic outdoor sales representative to drive residential direct sales in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents face-to-face, discuss service needs, present quotes, and sign-up orders, with 90% of work conducted in the field and a base salary of $38,778.69 plus uncapped commission potential.

Excellent earnings potential with on-target earnings up to $95,000, and a comprehensive benefits package is available for regular full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Outdoor, field-based sales role with strong communication.
• Self-motivated, quota-driven, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers through face-to-face home visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily and explain service options.
• Understand property contracts and service levels for customers.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders.
• Report sales statistics to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay informed of market.
