Astound is hiring for a field-based door-to-door residential sales role in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents and property managers, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign-up orders while representing a leading internet provider.

Base salary starts at approximately $38,778.69 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. The position emphasizes outdoor field work, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Understand every element of properties within the portfolio and service levels.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and obligations, understand customer needs, and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics accurately to management.
• Stay aware of competitor activity in your market.
