Astound is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential outside sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will directly influence earnings through base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a path to six-figure total earnings.

Starting base is $38,779 with potential to exceed six figures via strong performance, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a field-based role requiring outdoor work and in-person customer interactions.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced field role.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers via face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and close sign-ups.
• Understand property details for portfolio accounts.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness for Astound.
• Review property contracts and service levels.
• Identify customer needs and present solutions.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance to management.
• Stay informed on competitor activities in the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
