Astound is seeking a results-driven door-to-door residential sales representative to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will secure new customers through face-to-face interactions, review contract details, and present tailored solutions for service needs.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and the potential to exceed six figures, aiming for total earnings up to $95,000 with OT earning. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property groups.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
