Astound is seeking a highly motivated residential direct sales representative to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents and property managers in person, present service options, and close sign-ups with a strong emphasis on earning potential through uncapped commissions.

The role emphasizes outdoor fieldwork, aggressive lead follow-up, and building long-term customer relationships. A base salary plus commissions creates a pathway to six-figure earnings for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-quota driven; comfortable with outdoor field work.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property portfolio elements and service needs.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels.
• Articulate solutions to customer needs and close sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about market competition.
