Astound is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to recruit multifamily properties in Texas. The role combines in-field prospecting with relationship building to secure new subscriptions while meeting a bi-weekly quota.

Starting base salary is $34,000 with uncapped commissions; total on-target earnings can reach $90,000 or more. You will engage with resident communities, property managers, and local organizations to grow Astound's service footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Able to work outdoors in a fast-paced field environment (90% in the field).
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community organizations, condo associations, and property management groups of apartment buildings with 50+ units.
• Distribute marketing material and drive Astound brand awareness.
• Manage new building onboarding process to drive subscriptions and CRM updates daily.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
