Astound is seeking a proactive outside sales professional for residential door-to-door appointments in Illinois. The role offers a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $89,000.

You will engage residents, property managers, and referral sources to acquire new customers and grow the Astound brand. In this fast-paced field role, you will present service options, chase leads daily, and work in a protected territory with training and mentoring.

Formación

• Face-to-face residential sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
