Astound is seeking a field-based Sales Representative in Texas to build relationships with residents, property managers, and referral sources. You will pursue new customers in multifamily environments, manage on-boarding for subscriptions, and drive penetration through targeted campaigns while maintaining CRM records and meeting bi-weekly quotas.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced outdoor sales role, with strong emphasis on communication, relationship-building, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Update CRM daily and track sales activities and quotas.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
