Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential sales role in multiple markets. You will work outdoors in face-to-face, door-to-door engagements with residents and property managers, driving service sign-ups and expanding Astound’s footprint.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and total earnings potential up to $90,000+, depending on performance and location. Training starts in December with a flexible start date (Nov 30 or Dec 7) to ramp for the New Year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and spend most time in the field.
• Self-motivated with an autonomous work style.
• Reliable transportation and, in some markets, a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential environments through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics to management and stay informed on competitors.
