Astound is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive residential service sign-ups in the Dallas area. You will engage residents and property managers through door-to-door outreach and in-person meetings, deliver accurate quotes, and close new accounts with support from robust training and marketing resources.

The role offers a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in the field, in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential settings through face-to-face interactions.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness astound.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
