AT&T Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You’ll connect with warm prospects at scheduled appointments, deliver hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and seamless tech deliveries to close the sale.

This role offers uncapped commission with top earners reaching $100,000. Paid training, company vehicle provided, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required.
