Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove home experiences and connect customers with the latest technology and services. Earn uncapped commission with top performers reaching up to $100,000 annually, including base salary and commissions in a geographic pay range.

You will engage customers through in-home appointments, perform hands-on demos, and drive sales goals while working independently in the field.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official use.
Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Engage customers through scheduled appointments and personalized in-home interactions.
Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
