AT&T Field Sales Representatives deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. You’ll connect with customers, demonstrate the latest technology, and drive sales with uncapped commission potential.

New reps earn between $62,900 and $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and goals. Paid training, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a path to top earnings are provided.

Formación

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Maintain customer connections, upsell services, and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to customer locations using company vehicle as required.
