AT&T Field Sales Representatives visit customers in their homes to deliver personalized sales experiences and demonstrate the latest technology and services. This role focuses on closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and effective follow-up, with uncapped commissions and top earners reaching about $100,000 per year.

New reps receive paid training, work independently in the field, and engage warm prospects through provided appointments.

Formación

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects daily and build strong customer relationships.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales and meet targets.
