Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences. You will work independently with scheduled appointments, demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and hands-on tech delivery. This role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching $100,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Strong upselling skills to enhance customer value.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at scheduled appointments and provide hands-on demonstrations.
• Close deals by presenting products and services and resolving questions.
