AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes and close deals through hands-on demonstrations and service assessments. This role offers uncapped commission potential and a base‑plus‑commission structure, with top earners reaching six figures.

You will work in the field, visiting scheduled appointments, and earning a salary with commissions while receiving paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive with a company vehicle for official business use
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record required
