Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the Urbandale/Ankeny Des Moines area to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences. You will engage customers, perform demonstrations, assess Wi‑Fi needs, and close deals with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets while earning uncapped commissions.

Starting compensation includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus with staged payouts and a total earning potential reaching up to $100,000 for top performers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions in the field
• You’ll close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to customers
• You’ll engage warm prospects, follow scheduled appointments, and meet sales goals
