AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes in Urbandale and surrounding Iowa areas. You’ll meet with clients at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, perform Wi‑Fi assessments, and deliver hands-on tech delivery and issue resolutions.

This role offers uncapped commission potential with paid training and ongoing coaching. A valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Upselling techniques to enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to drive company vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required prior to offer.

Responsabilités

• Conduct hands-on demos and tech deliveries to close sales.
