Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring personalized, white glove experiences to customers in the Des Moines area. You will conduct scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

Earn between $61,600 and $100,000 with uncapped commission potential. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available for official business use. Hours include evenings and weekends while serving the Urbandale/Des Moines area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license - be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers in the field.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos and tech delivery solutions.
• Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Work independently to meet customer needs and sales goals.
