AT&T Mobility Services is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Urbandale, IA, to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. You will drive sales with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching.

Expect premium earning potential through uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures. A company vehicle is provided, and you’ll work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license - be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
