Job summary

Norman International Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative to act as the face of our brand in partner retail stores. You will train staff on product features, share sales techniques, and maintain displays while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will travel to multiple store locations, install signage, log activities in Salesforce, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. A valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or service is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel; mileage and travel expenses reimbursed.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift about 15 to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store product knowledge and training to store associates.
• Install product samples and maintain displays and signage.
• Schedule and conduct visits across a store territory with a regular call cycle.
• Log activities in Salesforce; use company device and mileage reimbursement.
• Resolve customer issues and deliver quality service.
• Protect company equipment and materials in the field.
