Favorite Brands LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales goals and distribution targets by servicing and developing assigned accounts. The role involves proactive account management, route planning, and strong product knowledge to support retailer success.

Travel to customer locations, adherence to guidelines, and accurate order entry are essential. The position requires a valid driver's license and proven organizational skills, with compensation tied to performance and travel

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC).
• Supervises and manages a team of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers to ensure customer satisfaction after sale.
• Schedules routes to ensure all customers are visited regularly.
• Identifies customer needs and implements solutions to help customers sell more product.
• Develops and maintains rapport with all assigned customers through open communication and trust.
• Increases product knowledge to be an expert resource for customers.
• Merchandises effectively using displays and POS materials.
• Maintains inventory and reduces out-of-stocks at each account.
• Enters orders into handheld sales enablement software accurately.
• Monitors product freshness and ensures rotation to meet standards.
• Audits POS and brand representation.
• Completes training, seminars, and classes as assigned.
• Submits sales and incentive reports accurately and on time.
