Job summary

Norman International Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative to be the face of the company in our partner retail stores. You will train staff on product features, install signage, and maintain displays while traveling between store locations.

Excellent customer service and problem resolution are essential as you log activities in Salesforce and support store teams. Requirements include strong communication, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel with reimbursed mileage.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and/or service to department stores/mass merchants/home centers/DIY stores is a PLUS but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel; mileage and travel expenses reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle; ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store associates and leaders; share sales techniques and product features.
• Install in-store signage and maintain display appearance; clean and dust as needed.
• Travel to customer stores; manage a regular call cycle within assigned territory.
• Log store activities in Salesforce; use company devices and mileage reimbursement.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly; care for company property.
