Job summary

Norman International Inc. is seeking a diligent Field Service Representative to be the face of our retail partnerships.

You will visit store locations, share product knowledge, install samples, and ensure displays look polished while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires travel to multiple stores daily, strong communication, ability to work independently, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or service to department stores/mass merchants/home centers is a plus, training provided for qualified individuals.
• Strong communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store associates and leaders in partner retail stores.
• Share sales techniques and product features; conduct Product Knowledge trainings.
• Install in-store signage and maintain display appearance; keep materials updated.
• Travel to customer store locations daily; maintain a consistent call cycle within assigned territory.
