Norman Window Fashions in Lewisville, TX is seeking an energetic Territory Sales Representative to prospect and open new accounts, drive growth in an assigned territory, and represent our window coverings brands in daily showroom interactions.

This on-site role offers base pay plus commission, requires 5 days a week in the showroom, travel up to 75%, and a proven outside sales background with closing skills. Salesforce experience and strong analytical/business skills are a plus.

• Proven outside sales experience with strong closing skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively between opening and maintaining accounts, reports, and emails.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in the field.

Mansioni

• Prospect and qualify independent retailers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a target account pipeline and onboard new accounts.
• Invite and enroll retail accounts into Norman Experience training events.
• Publish and manage monthly Spotlight session schedules and enroll accounts.
• Conduct Spotlight sessions and communicate sales opportunities and product updates.
• Plan field visits to grow new customer business, including multi-day trips.
• Serve as primary contact, routing inquiries to appropriate teams and logging interactions in Salesforce.
• Track sales potential by product and competitor and share insights with supervisor.
