Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and drive high-speed data and voice services. You’ll meet face-to-face with prospective customers, expand access to Spectrum’s offerings, and contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.

This role requires outdoor work most days, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel. You’ll conduct needs analyses, present proposals, complete documentation, and hit monthly targets while enjoying Spectrum employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience acceptable.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor Spectrum offerings.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training; support team goals.
• Hit monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors' activities in the territory.
